The purpose of RHR's PTCO is to promote the exchange of ideas among parents throughout our community and to serve as a vehicle of communication within the school for parents, teachers, and administrators.

Our Board consists of volunteer parents. At our meetings, you will hear from our principal, Dr. Chambers, and occasional guest speakers on topics of interest to our RHR community.
