    CCIC Health & Wellness Students Eve Breese, Jack Carson & Ask Kunita placed first in the "Public Health" team competition at Colorado HOSA State Leadership Conference and will be advancing to International Leadership Conference in June.

  • Six CCIC Automotive Students Qualify for SkillsUSA State Contest

    Congratulations to CCIC Automotive students Paul Felix, Evan Macmillan, Luke Mortensen, Andrew Stice, Cole Timmons and Kyle Gosselink. These students competed in a virtual SkillsUSA contest in Automotive Service Technology and Maintenance & Light Repair and qualified for the state level contest in late March.

  • CCIC Teacher Awarded Denver Nuggets' Most Valuable Teacher

    Kate McDonnell, teacher at CCIC, Overland High School and Cherry Creek Elevation was awarded the Denver Nuggets' Most Valuable Teacher (MVT) for March, 2021. The MVT program encourages teachers to continually strive for excellence and leadership in their classrooms by offering a unique experience. Teachers receive gifts, a visit from a Nuggets celebrity, and a classroom improvement grant. Ms. McDonell was nominated by a parent for her incredible support and work with their children who are/were OHS and CCIC students.
