Hello!  My name is Drew Francis I am the Principal here at Cottonwood Creek.  This will be my 30th year in education, 20th year in administration, and 3rd year in Cherry Creek. My educational background includes classroom teacher,  Adjunct Professor for the University of Chicago, Educational Consultant, Communications Coach, and Elementary School Principal. I was born in Wisconsin and grew up in northern Illinois. I am still a loyal Green Bay Packer fan. I am very fortunate to be in a position of doing ‘work’ that does not feel like work. My wife Jan and I live in Elizabeth, CO and have three children; 24, 21, and 18. We moved to CO 19 years ago and we love it.  We camp, bike, hike, and explore new places every chance we get. 

Hello! My name is Lisa Most and I am the Assistant Principal. This is my second year in the Cherry Creek School District and I am very excited to be at Cottonwood Creek. I started my educational career in New York and moved to Colorado with my husband. I worked in the Aurora Public Schools system in a variety of roles including Reading Interventionist, District Coordinator in the Gifted and Talented Department, School Counselor, Dean, and Assistant Principal. Our children are proud graduates of Cherry Creek High School. Our daughter is currently working as a Marketing Manager in New York City and earning her MBA and our son will be a senior in college studying Biomedical Engineering. My family are loyal New York Yankee fans and our cat is named Jeter (after Derek Jeter). I enjoy gardening and biking with my husband. I look forward to being a part of the Cottonwood community!
